- Memrise : French vocabulary.
- BBC French : Archived French grammar site.
- DuoLingo : A fun way to practice and learn French. Includes listening, speaking, reading and writing at various levels. You can select the base language (ex. Learn French but have Portuguese instructions).
- Linguee : My #1 go-to dictionary. It helps with not only individual words, but also expressions (using Google Translate for complete sentences doesn't allow the student to apply and extend their knowledge of the structure of the French language!)
- Word Reference : My #2 go-to dictionary. This is an effective French-English dictionary as it provides different translations that take context into account.
